It was established on the initiative of Count Paolo Senni with French investors, it obtained the concession for Italy of the patents of the "Braiser" car factory. The financial statements 1907 and 1908, closed with a considerable liability due to a high stock of unsold cars, led the general meeting of 1909 to deliberate the reduction of the share capital and the release of the French house, assuming the new company name of Fides - Fabbrica Automobili Enrico patents. Eng. Giovanni Enrico, former technical director of Fiat, brought his patents into the company. After other events, on November 28, 1910 the dissolution of the company and its consequent liquidation was approved.
