With guarantee of the Royal Government for payment under the terms of Law no. 198 of 14 May 1881 (Series 3) and of the Regulations approved by Royal Decree no. 438 of 15 October 1881 (Series 3).

Issue of L. It. 86,953,310 in Capital, resolved by the City Council of Naples in the sessions of 29 October, 3 and 6 November 1880 with approval of the Provincial Deputation on 5 December 1880. Nominal Capitals of 100 / 200 / 500 and 1,000 Lire. With an annual annuity of 5% starting on 1 January 1881, the six-monthly instalments of which are payable on 1 January and 1 July of each year upon presentation of the coupons attached hereto. It bears the original signatures of the Mayor, the Assessor and the Government Delegate.
